Q. I'm interested in catering an event, why do I need to do?

A. An Event Questionnaire (EQ) is required for all events. The EQ can be found on our CATERING page. Once completed, email the EQ to WORLDPLATECaterer@gmail.com (for events in Flagler County and Volusia County) or WORLDPLATEStAugustine@gmail.com (for events in St Johns County and Duval County).

Q. After submitting my EQ, how do I schedule a phone call or meeting to discuss my event?

A. A team member will contact you shortly after receiving your EQ (we reply within 24-48 hours) to discuss menu options and logistics.

Q. Do you have servers that can oversee my event?

A. Yes, we have experienced servers that can assist as needed.

Q. Do I have to leave a deposit for my catering order? 

A. Yes, an RTD (reserve the date) deposit is required for all catering orders. A fillable credit card

authorization form can be found on our CATERING page near the order form.

Q. Does your company provide dinnerware, glassware, linen, tables and chairs?

A. Yes, our sister company, WORLD PLATE Events offers a variety of event rentals, decor packages and event planning. The showroom is located at 247 San Marco Avenue in St Augustine. An appointment must be scheduled to view event rentals.

 Q. Are you able to provide alcohol for my event?

A. Yes, we are licensed and insured and able to offer full bar service provided you order from our catering menus. All bar packages include full bar setup, glassware, napkins, bar accessories, and basic fruit garnish (cocktails & mocktails).

Q. Do you deliver?

A. Yes, we deliver to Duval County, St Johns County, Volusia County and Flagler County. Delivery fee varies depending on location. We also offer delivery with setup.
